Obituary of Mary Allalie Dixon

Mary was born in Browning, MO on February 27, 1923 to Alfred & Mary Elizabeth Lambert. She married Meredith Gordon Dixon and together they had three children, Royce, Gayle & Wanda. The Dixon's were a musical family and enjoyed making music together. They often recorded their family "jam" sessions and Mary diligently had wrote the words to all of her favorite songs and kept them in a box for her family to enjoy even now.Mary loved being a homemaker and made her family a priority, making many memories with outings and family get togethers. She loved to do bead work, play her guitar and was a huge mountain music fan.She leaves behind her loving family, sons; Royce Dixon, Gayle (Sharon) Dixon, daughter; Wanda Owings, eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, what an amazing legacy!A Memorial Service to honor her life will be held at 1:00PM, Sunday October 21, 2012 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E.
