Obituary of Patricia A. Walter

Patricia Ann Walter, 64, passed from this life to her forever home with Jesus on Tuesday, February 5, in Colorado Springs, CO. Pat was born in Muskegon, MI, and lived a majority of her life in Franklin, PA. She enjoyed living in the beauty of Colorado Springs during the last months of her life. Trained as a Medical Technologist at Ohio State University, she worked several years in this followed by helping manage her husband's medical practice in Oil City, PA. Pat is survived by her husband, David Walter; daughter, Tamara Walter; and siblings, Jane Rogers, Joanne Linder, Bill Hunter and Jeff Hunter.She loved spending time with family and friends and had a great sense of adventure for traveling and exploring. Pat was passionate about seeing others know the Jesus that transformed her with His love; she participated in MOPS, Youth for Christ and Perspectives for World Missions as a way to share this. Pat is fondly remembered as a faithful wife, mother, sister and friend and as a kind and compassionate, gentle, generous and selfless person toward all who knew her. Even in the midst of pain and trial, she had a peace about her, an ever-ready smile, and an endearing spunk.
