Obituary of Frankie Raymond Romero
Frankie Raymond Romero, born November 13, 1948 in Pueblo, Colorado to Frank Romero and Maria Erma Sandoval, passed away on March 23, 2013.Frank retired after a 20 year career with the Colorado Springs Utilities Water Department. Frank is survived by his son Frankie (Christina) Romero; daughters Lori Romero (Joe Herrera), Maria Maez, and Jennifer Romero; grandchildren, Dion Romero, Eziah Martinez, Sierra Romero, Joshua Romero, Gabriel Juvera, Caralina Juvera, Alex Maez, and Divinity Herrera; and one brother, Brian Fields.He loved to paint, fish and do crossword puzzles. He was a die-hard Broncos fan and occasionally yelled "suggestions" at the television. His grandchildren could always count on him for snacks, treats and a spare swimsuit whenever they came to visit. If he wasn't enjoying the outdoors, he was watering his houseplants. He loved his music and loved to sing.He was famous for telling people, "Don't ever tell me goodbye!
