Obituary of Douglas "DJ" Hugh Chadwick, Jr.

D.J. Chadwick exited this world on May 6th. His life was short but he touched many hearts. He is survived by his parents, Debbie and Doug Chadwick Sr., his sisters, Theresa, Samantha and Janis. He is also survived by his nephew Raymond, Grandparents, Etta Kinslow, Julia Penton, and Great Grandmother, Lillian Chadwick and many uncles, aunts, cousins and special friends. Visitation will be from 2:00PM to 4:00PM, Saturday, May 11, 2013 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E. Platte Avenue.
