Obituary of Michael Albert Hurd

Michael Hurd, age 29, a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs was born July 29, 1983 and passed away May 18, 2013. Michael is survived by his mother, Nancy Quinata, brother, Ed Quinata, sister, Elizabeth (Lisa) Quinata, sister-in-law, Helen and brother -in- law, David; nieces, Elaina, Angel, Shel and Ali and nephews, David and Felix. He is also survived by his girlfriend, Melissa Manuel and her daughter, Charlette.Michael was quick to make a friend and knew someone wherever he went. He was a loyal friend and his love of family and friends knew no boundaries. After a visit to New Orleans, he held a special place in his heart for that city and longed to return. He loved football and was a Bronco's fan through and through. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all of us.Visitation will be held Sunday, June 2, at 1:00 - 2:00 PM at The Springs Funeral Services Chapel 3115 East Platte Avenue Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
