Obituary of Cynthia Anne Horton Williams

Cynthia Ann Horton-Williams, who has been a resident of Colorado Springs for over 20 years, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at the age of 63, following a long illness. Cynthia was born in Cambridge Springs, PA. Her parents, Beulah and Robert Horton, are both deceased. She was married to Berry Williams, who is also deceased. Cynthia completed her education at Edinboro University and went on to have a long career in Social Work. After retirement, Cynthia spent her time volunteering at a Child Care Center and at the Colorado Springs Visitor Bureau. She loved all her crafts, but was quite accomplished when it came to knitting. Many of us have crochet or knitted items from her that will serve as a remembrance. Cynthia is survived by her son Robert, living in Colorado Springs, her brothers Jack and James Horton, her sister Marylouise Horton, and her niece Samantha Horton. Cynthia was full of life and will be missed by all who have known and loved her. She now rests in peace.
