Cynthia Knapp-Carter was born on Dec. 19, 1952 and died on Aug. 19, 2013.Cynthia was a homemaker and a longtime Colorado Springs resident. She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Carter; a son, Jimmy Hunt; two daughters, Lisa Carter and Kathryn Keoltzow; her father, Charles Knapp, Jr.; three brothers, Charles Knapp, III, Donald Knapp and Frank Knapp; two grandsons, Elijah Cummins and Jayiden Isom; and three granddaughters, Gloria Melvin-Alexander, Keanna Keoltzow and Kia Keoltzow.Cynthia's Visitation will take place at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, August 25, 2013, at The Springs Funeral Services. Her Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, August 26, 2013, at The Springs Funeral Services and will be followed by her burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
