Obituary of Elizabeth Elinor Shaw

Elizabeth E. Shaw passed away in the company of family on Saturday October 26, 2013. She was an Air Force Veteran of Desert Storm, a College Professor, and longtime Colorado Springs Resident. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Campo of Colorado Springs and her two grandchildren. Elizabeth was a loving mother and grandmother, and a great friend to many. She gave to her community through volunteer work with many organizations including The Academy Optimists Club and Junior Achievement. She enjoyed giving to others and especially helping children. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed but never forgotten. In keeping with her Philanthropic character, Elizabeth also donated her body to scientific research. Her daughter Jennifer will be arranging a memorial service for some time in November. Her remains will be entombed with her Mother Anne T. Shaw and her sister Theresa Victoria Shaw, both whom passed before her, at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Colorado Springs, CO.
