Helen McVey was born July 22, 1927, to Michael Mais and Emily Borowski in Fort Wayne, Indiana and died Dec. 4, 2013 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Helen was a School Crossing Guard and a longtime Colorado Springs resident. She is survived by a son, Frederick Mais; two daughters, Paulette Klocek and Linda Klocek; and a sister, Sue Mais.
