Obituary of Irma "Susie" Glidden

Irma (Susie) Glidden passed away in her home on February 13, 2014.Born in Eberbach, Germany on August 3, 1927, she married Robert Glidden in 1953 and followed him throughout his military career, moving to Colorado Springs in 1972.Together they had two children, Mark and Patty.Her beloved Bob preceded her in death in 1975.After his death she attended college, earning an associates degree and worked at El Paso County Social Services until her retirement in 1992. After retirement, she occupied her time by entertaining friends with her baking and the preparation of traditional German meals.
