Obituary of Chante Ann Denise Azaleah Thompson

On April 19, 2014, Heaven welcomed a new angel. Chanté Ann Denise Azaleah Thompson, 15, was born on July 12, 1998 to Johnnie Mae Hampton and Clarence Reginald Thompson Sr. She was a student and a member of the Genesis Church of the Nazarene. Chanté was preceded in death by her grandfather, Edward W. Jones; grandmother, Gayle Canon; and father, Clarence "Big Clarence" Reginald Thompson Sr.She is survived by her mother, Johnnie Mae Hampton; brothers, Donté (Zhane Walter) Hampton Sr., Clarence R. Thompson Jr., Jacub Thompson, and Casheen Thompson; nephew, Donte Hampton Jr.; aunt, Gwen Henderson; great-grandmother, Pastor June Jones; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
