Obituary of Kimiko "Kimi" Sophia Garnett

Kimiko "Kimi" Sophia Garnett, 15, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014. She was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado on Sunday, August 9, 1998 to Dave Paul Garnett and Martha Cecilia Garnett. She was a freshman at Calhan High School. Kimi was a passionate athlete who loved all sports as well as math, social studies, writing, and music. She loved bright colors, but her favorites were green and salmon. Kimi was outgoing, caring, and loved her friends. She is survived by her mothers, Martha Garnett, and Julie Ayala; her fathers, Dave Garnett, and Henry Suarez; two sisters, Ariel and Emily; and her niece, Carmen Suarez.Visitation, 11:00AM – 1:00PM, Sunday, May 4, 2014, at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue.Funeral Service, 1:00PM, Sunday, May 4, 2014, at The Springs Funeral Services.
