I found this obit while looking for someone else. I square danced with Charlie and June back in the 1960s. It may be that Norman Chichester and I taught them to dance. Every July Fourth I remember taking fireworks to their farm and enjoying the show together with Salladays and their friends. It may have been 1966, when my then-brother-in-law David bought fireworks in Wyoming and we were looking for a place to shoot them off! But, then again, don\'t trust my memory on the date. Truth is, I remember the incident every July 4th, with warm thoughts of the Salladays.

June and family, so sorry for your loss! First met Charley when he was serving on the Ellicott School Board! He was an easy going man, but was firm in the things he believed in, which was Ellicott school and community. The world could use a lot more Charley's!! Love and hugs, Chuck and Jody Gieck
