Obituary of Daniel Mark Lyons

Daniel Mark Lyons, 19, passed away at home July 22, 2014. He will be dearly missed by many.Daniel was born May 4, 1995 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He attended Doherty High School and at the time of his death, he was working at Outback Steakhouse and investigating starting his own business. He was a kind and sensitive young man, always caring for others and unconditionally respectful of those with different views. He loved skateboarding, learning, music, and baseball. His favorite teams were the Boston Red Sox and the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was a gifted athlete and artist.Daniel is survived by his parents, Mark and Mary Ann Lyons; sister, Aleisha (James) McKean of Draper, Utah; brother, Morgan (Eliza) Lyons and niece, Eva Kate Lyons of Charlottesville, Virginia; sister, Shay Lyons, currently serving as an LDS missionary in Frankfurt, Germany; sister, Stephanie Lyons of Colorado Springs; and grandmother, JoAnne Lyons of Honeyville, Utah.He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and his maternal grandparents.
