Obituary of Marion Louise Normandy

Marion (Louise) Kisner Normandy, born on November 27, 1933 to Ruth Thompson Kisner and Paul Kisner in Martinsburg, WV, died in Colorado Springs on August 15, 2014. She worked for the Federal Government in Washington, DC from 1978 to 1999, at FEMA and the FAA.
