Jay will be missed by so many people. Your family, friends and all the patients you have cared for will always have fond, loving memories of you. I will miss you so very much! Although I thought of you often, my friend, I am sorry I didn't have a chance to say Thank you to you more often for always being there for me when I needed a friend to lean on and for your pep talks and to bounce ideas off of your head so better nursing care could be delivered to all those lives you & I have touched.
