Obituary of Sally Berlinda Medina

Sally Berlinda Medina, Age 82, a lifelong Colorado Springs resident, went to be with our Lord and Savior God on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.She was born in Blanca, Colorado to Alfredo R Medina and Frances (Espinoza) Medina.Sally was a very loving, generous, devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.Sally spent her life as a caregiver, homemaker and crafter. She enjoyed dancing, reading westerns, embroidering, sewing and participating in local craft fairs. She always had a beautiful smile for all who crossed her path.She is survived by one daughter, Audrey Pacheco, son-in-law Michael Pacheco and four grandchildren: Matthew, Veronica, Joshua and Valerie; Three siblings, Nick Medina of Concord, California, Elva Martinez of Colorado Springs and Roy Medina of Colorado Springs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family members.Sally was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Morris Medina Sr. and one sister, Maria Ruperta Bell.A Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2014, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2014, St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1830 South Corona Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
