So sorry to hear hear about Rod. He and his family were great neighbors behind us. I could always depend of Rod for help and a good laugh. Felt like I got to watch his kids grow up - they are a fine tribute to Rod and Kyndal. Much love and prayers go out to Kyndal, Keaton, and Ross.

Rodney, we say thank you so much for being a part of our lives. You have been such a blessing to our family. I remember having Rodney in my youth group in Cordell. Rodney and our son Paul have been great friends for a long time. Either Rodney was at our house or Paul was at the Roark's. The last time we were in The Springs we had supper with Rodney and Kyndal. Every time I have talked with Rodney I mentioned how we would love to move to The Springs and already had great friends there. I was thinking today, I just wonder if Rodney and Doyle went fishing today in Heaven. Rodney, you will never be forgotten and when we finally take our turn going to Heaven I hope you and Doyle are right there with our immediate family to welcome us home. We will see you again my friend!

Kyndal, Keaton, and Ross I am deeply sorry for the loss of Rodney. Heaven's music just got sweeter and the conversation just got funnier but I know this leaves a big void here for you all. I was raised around Cordell, OK area. We were more family than friends to the Roark's. Doyle & Jackie assisted in 24 of my immediate family funerals as I was from a large family of 15 kids. Toni & I are the only 2 left. Doyle & Jackie had a special family that we knew and loved. I spoke with Rodney about a year ago, after hearing about his health problems. I told him either way things went he couldn't lose. He's a WINNER! We love these guys very much. Our deepest sympathy

It was a great pleasure working with Rodney for three years at Ramtron International Corp. in Colorado Springs. Rodney always had a smile on his face. He coordinated a weekly noon bible study with fellow believers while at Ramtron. Rodney will be greatly missed. See you in heaven some day good buddy!
