Obituary of Virginia Ann Abriam
Virginia Ann "Jenny" Abriam, age 53, passed away suddenly on January 17, 2015 in Colorado Springs. She was an artist, jewelry designer and freelance writer. She was also a loving mother, sister, aunt and devoted friend.She was born on August 12, 1961 to Glen and Shirley (Whyte) Benton. She was a 1981 graduate of Palmer High School . She later married Arnold Felix in 1979 in Colorado Springs. She attended Art Production School and was an avid naturalist.For more then 22 years, Jenny was a server at Red Robin Restaurants. She worked at every one of the their locations in Colorado springs. She loved the Garden of the Gods, gems and stones, rocks and minerals. She authored several children's books. She had a vivacious personality; a beautiful, free spirit and touched many lives.She is survived by her daughter, Christina Felix of Baltimore, Maryland; her four sisters, Terrie (John) Stewart, Cheryl (Steve) Crump, Brenda Benton, all of Colorado Springs and Serena (Mike) Sweat of Salt Lake City; four nephews; four nieces; and eight great nieces and nephews. Also surviving is her former husband, Arnold Felix of Ellicott City, Maryland.
