To the Family of Mr. Joshua Dylan McGowan: Our deepest and sincerest condolences to the family. Words alone can not ease the pain when grieving the loss of a love one. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away". May God give you and your family comfort in your loving memories and in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they resurrected as per John 5:28-29. May these words give you a new hope, with deepest sympathy and warmth of heart.

Joshua I did not have the privilege to know you but I know your Mom and if you were anything like her you were a very good man. Being her son I can't see how you weren't like her. God had a reason to take you home and we may never know that reason but you have many here who love you and miss you so as beautiful as heaven is remember to check in with your loved one's and let them know your still there because their love for you will never end. Someday you will all be together again. God bless you and comfort your family at this tough time. I will try my best to be there for your Mom. I just want you to know that.

Joshua Dylan McGowan, "Dylan," as we referred to him, was not just a friend, or a co-worker, he was a brother to me. Working and spending time with him was something I will truly cherish. I am still in disbelief by this loss. I constantly look for his car in the parking lot, or look to page him at work... I am so incredibly grieved to have lost such fantastic person in my life. We honor him everyday and his legacy lives on through each of us at OEL. I will miss our college football banter and comradery every day. It was an honor and a privilege to have known such a great person. My deepest sorrows and condolences to his wonderful family. We miss you Dylan.

McGowan family, Josh was one of a kind. I am honored to have had the great privilege of knowing him and for getting to work with someone of that caliber. It still is just such a shock to everyone that he is not here anymore but he will live in all of our hearts forever. I will never forget all of the great times I shared with my friend. It is so hard to cope with a loss like this but he will always be able to bring a smile to my face. To me, that is what defines greatness. In this time of unbelievable sorrow, I wish all of his family and friends my deepest condolences. His OEL family will always be thinking of him. -Jesse Allsup-

Mr. and Mrs. McGowan, I just wanted you to know how sad I am for your loss. I do want you to know however what Josh meant to myself and all of us at OEL. Your son impressed Rich in his interview and was subsequently hired. Rich was a very smart and caring man and could see each person's potential. His mission was to always make everyone be the best they could be and we still honor him to this day for this. Being the visionary that he was, Rich saw something within Josh and really took him under his wing. As I understand, each morning Rich spent time with Josh going through the day and what was expected. After Rich's passing we all divvied up the extra duties and Josh was enthusiastic in taking on the additional responsibilities. He took pride in his job and was really coming into his own as far as the attention to detail Rich had taught him, and also in his professional conduct. We all came to rely upon him a lot and he added great value to our OEL team/family. I will remember your son as an amazing person and we will all miss him dearly. Stacey Cahalane

Dear Kevin, Tina, & Matthew, We miss Dylan here more than we can express. He was up and coming and doing a great job. Our youngest son, Forrest, liked Dylan so very much and recently enjoyed working with him over Christmas break being so silly with all the guys down in the warehouse. The Aggie's vs the Longhorns, on and on. Our hearts are just broken. All our love and respect for your family. Penny Dyer

Josh McGowan was very special to me and my entirely family. My brother Asa said it best "Mcgowan clicked with all of us he was everybody's friend" I have never lost anybody as close to me as McGowan. I enjoyed seeing him and cutting up about our days. McGowan and my brother Josh were not co workers but teammates working towards a common goal of prosperity for Oelsales. McGowan was a sixth member of our family and I know Rich Paul is proud of him along with my mom and dad. I always told McGowan he had to be nice to me because I was the bosses son, however he was more than that, he was a big brother and a role model. Everyone agreed we could not have hired anyone better than McGowan. My sister Jessica always thought McGowan was so funny and I know Sterling loved cutting up with him as much as I did. Jesse and Billy loved McGowan and he loved them. I loved watching them interact it was a pleasure from a business standpoint and because they fed off one another cracking jokes. Even as I write this it is hard to hold back my tears McGowan I miss you and I think about you. Thank you all for letting Oelsales borrow your son, your brother, and your friend.
