Billy Dean Swagger, age 82, was born on September 10, 1932, in Bucklin, Missouri, and died February 3, 2015 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Billy was retired from the United States Air Force, and enjoyed camping, fishing, and ATV riding with his family. He was appreciated by all, and was known for his quick wit and sense of humor.Billy was preceded in death by his mother, Dulsie; father, Gilbert; wife, Françoise; brother, J.E.; and sister, Waunita.He is survived by his children; Isy, Joan (John), Michael (Cheri), Tina (Lenny), and Billy; Grandchildren, Nicole, Mike, Katie, Kyle, and Briar; as well as six great- grandchildren.Memorial Service, 10:00AM, Friday, February 6, 2015 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
