Obituary of Bertha S. Beazley

Bertha Beazley passed away peacefully into her heavenly home on March 12, 2015 with family by her side. She was a great homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.She was born in Vernon, Texas on May 19, 1914 to Albert and Anna Streit, and was number seven of ten children; five brothers and four sisters.She married Thomas M. Beazley on June 15, 1936 and they had two children, a son and a daughter. They celebrated 53 years of marriage together before Tom passed away in 1990.She moved to Colorado Springs as a bride and lived in Colorado Springs for 30 years; then Tom and Bertha moved to Denver. Bertha moved back to Colorado Springs in 2007 to be closer to her daughter. She was a charter member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Denver and a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs.Bertha was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brother; and four sisters.She is survived by her son, Phillip M.
