Obituary of Ronald Alfred Pilling

Ron Pilling, 72, a longtime resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. He had retired from the United States Army, U.S. Civil Service and the State Of Colorado. Ronald Alfred Pilling was born on February 16, 1943 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to Alfred and Doris (Crookham) Pilling. He was a 1960 graduate of McKeesport High School and married his high school sweetheart, Nancy Thomas, on October 14, 1963. He was a Vietnam Veteran, the recipient of the Bronze Star and attained the rank of Master Sargent.He is survived by his son, Kenneth and his wife, Tammy Pilling of Falcon, Colorado; his daughter, Tracy Reinholz of Florissant, Colorado; his mother, Doris Pilling of Colorado Springs; four grandchildren, Amber, Shelby, Sarah and Jacob; and three great-grandchildren, Laila, Natalie and Nathaniel.
