Obituary of Frank Henry Thomas
Frank Henry Thomas passed away peacefully on March 29, 2015 surrounded by his family. Frank was born to Christopher and Dora Thomas on September 4, 1916. He and his wife, Marjorie, lived in Boise until 2004 when they moved to Colorado Springs to be closer to family. Frank worked for the Mountain Bell Telephone Company for 42 years. After retirement, he was an active member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. During WWII, he served in the U.S. Army Signal Corp. Throughout his life he worked hard and was a role model for his family with his commitment to strong values, determination, and most importantly his kind heart. He was quick witted and never shied away from a challenge. At 98, he was still sending text messages and face timing family members. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie. He is survived by his daughter, Penny; his son-in-law, Bob; a granddaughter, Trisha and her husband, Dan; a grandson, Robert and his wife, Jill; and his four treasured great-grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Maggie, and Keira.
