Obituary of Bradley "Brad" William Bills
Lt. Bradley W. Bills, age 37, passed away on April 18, 2015 at his home in Fountain, Colorado after a brief illness. He was a Police Officer for the Department of Defense at Fort Carson reaching the rank of Lieutenant and had served in the Army for ten years in law enforcement. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend.Bradley William Bills was born on June 8, 1977 in Black River Falls, Wisconsin to Robert and Julie (Savage) Bills. He was a 1995 graduate of Liberty High School in Colorado Springs and attended several universities, receiving his PhD. in Criminal Justice/psychology.He married Staci Jo Pettis on July 19, 1997 in Fall Creek, Wisconsin. He enjoyed golf, fishing and his kids. He will be best remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and huge welcoming smile. He is survived by his wife, Staci Jo Bills of Fountain; his three children, Sean, Brendan and Ryan; his parents, Robert and Julie Bills of Black River Falls, Wisconsin; his twin brother, Benjamin Bills of Colorado Springs; his sister, Kristin (Mario) Garcia of Black River Falls; his mother-in-law, Jo Kolpien; sister-in-law, Shari (Junior) Newgard; brothers-in-law, Kevin Pettis and Carey Pettis of Augusta, Wisconsin; brother-in-law, Jason (Tonia) Pettis of Stevens Point, Wisconsin; and several nieces and nephews.Visitation 6:00PM-8:00PM, Friday, April 24, 2015, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E.
