Obituary of Daniel Matthew Pate

Daniel Pate, age 24, passed away on July 2, 2015, at his home in Colorado Springs. He was a tradesman at Planet Granite, a loving son, grandson, brother and friend.Daniel Matthew Pate was born on July 22, 1990, in RAF Upper Heyford, England. He was raised in California and was a 2008 graduate of San Lorenzo Valley High School. He moved to Colorado in 2008 and attended Pikes Peak Community College. Daniel enjoyed the outdoors, working out, hiking and was recently engaged to Bria Knox.He is survived by his mother, Patricia Chandler (Glen Chandler) of Colorado Springs; father, Johnie Pate (fiance, Tammy Bakken) of San Mateo, California; and paternal grandparents, Johnie and Marsha Pate of San Mateo.He will be missed by his brothers: SN Johnie Pate USN, stationed in San Diego, Maxwell Pate of Colorado Springs; and step brother Sebastian Chandler of Ellicott, Colorado.
