Obituary of Lynda Lue Wenze

Lynda L. Wenze died Friday, July 17, 2015 after a brief illness. She was a resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was 70 years old.She was born Lynda L. Thomason on May 13, 1945 in Mayhill, New Mexico to Lora and Kenneth Thomason. Lynda had five children, Terry (1962), Kathy (1963), Melissa (1967), Ken (1970) and Mitchell (1970).She worked as an accountant and served as Chief Financial Officer for many companies. She lived and worked in New Mexico, Colorado and California making many friends all along the way. Lynda loved the outdoors -- especially the mountains and the ocean and all of the abundance of life found there. She enjoyed skiing, cooking, crossword and mystery novels. She loved animals and was passionate about their care and welfare. She was a mother and grandmother, and a compassionate friend to all who knew her.Lynda was preceded in death by her brother, Steve; and her infant son, Mitchell.
