Keely and Jed -- I'm late in finding that my closest true friend of 50+ years has moved on. Since attending various AAHS class reunions (even though Ned and I didn't graduate from AAHS and went off to different military schools for our high school days), we've kept in touch, shared good wishes, seen each other and talked on occasion, and, for a number of recent years, your Dad received my wife Nicki's Christmas pies. He was very proud of you both -- Jed and his music; Keely with her drive as expressed with her political initiative. Please know that we share in the sadness of his passing. I will miss him ... God bless you all!! Ken and Nicki Shelton dks1946@gmail.com

Deeply saddened by your fathers passing. Just can't get him out of our mind. Your dad always will be with your mom, you and Jed by your side in spirit. God was with him through all his battles in war and illness. Ned was a very courageous man. May God Bless you Lynette, Keely, Jed and his loving family and friends. You were a father to so many and a loyal brother. I will carry on your warrior spirit, Dad.
