Dear Paul, Met you and Diana on the Gold bus in the Holy Land. When I say, The Luminous Mysteries, and come to the second decade, The Wedding Feast of Cana, I will always think and pray for Diana, you and all your family. I was there when you renewed your vows. Even though it was a cold day and you two were bundled up, your smiles generated love and warmth. I'm grateful I met you two and was able to spend some time with you and Diana. Wishing you God's peace.

Shirley Monahan, a January pilgrim from the Gold Bus Paul, I am so sorry for your loss. I was with you on the Cavins Pilgrimage to Israel. I will never forget your renewal of your marriage vows in the basement chapel in Cana. Afterwards you knelt down in front of Diana and gave her a beautiful ring. Diana had an infectious smile that lit up the room. Your love for each other was a blessing to behold. May God give you and your family peace and comfort. I picture Diana safely home in God's loving embrace.

Like Ched Capps, I too served with Paul and Diana at RAF Bentwaters. They were both top notch professionals, and just downright nice folks. My condolences to Paul and his sons. Diana was as fine a person as anyone could hope to meet, and it was a privilege to have served with them both. Sad news indeed.

Dear Paul, we are so sorry to hear that Diana has left this world. We only got to know her for the several days we spent with you both in the Holy Land, but it was long enough to be impressed with her sweet and gentle nature and your deep love for her. Everyone that witnessed the two of you together knew that was the case and was blessed by you both. We can imagine Jesus welcoming her with the words, "Well done my good and faithful servant." Our love and prayers go out to you and your family. Jeff & Emily Cavins

May God's peace provide you and your children strength in your grief. Diana was clearly a special lady and we are all saddened by her passing. Hopefully, your trip to Israel reinforced the message of God's love for us all, and we fellow pilgrims shall hope to join Diana in Heaven when our journey on this earth has ended.

Paul and family, I am so sorry for your loss. It is so true what I'm reading below that Diane had an infectious smile. You two are an inspiration by how you lived life. Mark 13:32 "But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father." On behalf of all of the Knights of Columbus from St. Gabriel's you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Diana and Paul through a Bible study about 6 years ago and the moment she spoke and smiled I knew God's light and spirit was shining from within her. Diana always had kind word to share and offered to help others even in her time of great need. I will always remember her sweet smile and her devotion and love for her family, others, and our Lord, Jesus Christ. I know she is an angel smiling on us from heaven above....until we see each other my friend, God's speed.é

We met Diana and Paul in Israel last January and fell in love with them immediately. Could not get enough of them and hoped that they would notice us and join us for dinner in the evening or just to hang close on the bus and on our pilgrimmage. I felt a closeness to Diana because I am a nurse but also we shared some issues with our children and we began to know more about Nick and Josh. We shared a love for Father Barron's word on fire and for our beautiful Catholic faith. Diana was an amazing woman, wife, mother. She was one of the strongest I have encountered in her quest for a miracle. Her smile was so beautiful. I am looking forward to spending the day and evening honoring her life and accomplishments. John regrets not being able to attend because of a research commitment. I truly loved this woman and think of her as one of my guardian angels waiting for me in heaven along with my dad who died of cancer at 27 and my infant twin brother. Love lives on her for so many of us especially Paul, Josh and Nick.

Diana was a bright shining star among all of us. She brought encouragement, joy, friendship to those she touched. A gracious, beautiful, talented lady, her spirit was felt by all. She loved her family to the moon and back, my condolences to Paul, Nick and Josh. Her fabric will be forever woven in our hearts! Always with love, Aunt Cathie God saw her getting tired, a cure not meant to be, so he wrapped his arms around Diana and whispered, "Come with me."
