Obituary of Louise Edelma Lacy

Louise E. Lacy, 87, passed away Friday, August 21, 2015, at the Pikes Peak Care Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born September 11, 1927, in Augusta, Maine, to Frederick and Jennie (nee: Bagley) Jackson and graduated Brunswick High School in 1945.On June 19, 1962, she married George W. Lacy. Louise enjoyed painting, crochet, knitting, and teaching macramé classes in Roswell, New Mexico.She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Louise is survived by daughters; Donna (Dennis) Gagne of Lisbon, Maine; Barbara McCorkle of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Carol Lacy of Greencover, Florida; and Michelle (Steve) Boone, also of Greencover; nine grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
