Obituary of Mary Louise Fernandez

Mary Seely Fernandez was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and beloved friend. She will be forever missed by everyone who knew her. Mary was a very proud member of the Delaware Tribe of Oklahoma. She loved traveling to Pow-Wows, enjoyed cooking and celebrating life. Mary attended traditional Native-American ceremonies and prayed with the Native-American church. Mary made her spiritual journey dressed in her finest traditional regalia and fully beaded moccasins. Grandma Mary's life will always be celebrated and her legacy will be cherished for eternity by the ones she loved. Mary Seely Fernandez is survived by her husband; Andrew Fernandez, daughters; Christine Brown and Madeline Fernandez; sons, Anthony Brown, Edmund Brown and Michael Fernandez. Her mother, Wanda Stevens, two brothers and a sister, seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
