Obituary of Susie Mikita

Susie (Murin) Mikita, 94, died peacefully at home on October 1, 2015. Born September 12, 1921 in Ramah, CO, she married Frank on April 10, 1938 and lived on a dairy farm north of Calhan, CO. She was known for her bread, cinnamon rolls, and tea rings. Susie enjoyed visitors, and especially looked forward to having grandchildren and great-grandchildren dropping by as she dearly loved her family. She is survived by three sons, Richard (Jette), Joseph (Joyce), and Earnest (Jean); a sister, Margie Mikita; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
