Obituary of Alice May Harvey

Alice May Harvey passed away from lung cancer on October 22, 2015, at the age of 89, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on April 2, 1926 in Portland, Oregon. Alice was a strong woman who battled cancer since 1975 and was always smiling and optimistic about life. Alice was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening, quilting, puzzle books, family vacations, and Cripple Creek trips with her friends. She loved hummingbirds and her precious pups. Alice is survived by brother, Floyd Weisenberg; daughters, Linda McNeil and Cindy Goble; sons-in-law, Grant McNeil and Richard Goble; grandchildren, Jennifer Taylor, Justin Johnson, Carissa Keisser, and Brandy Goble; and great grandchildren, Morgan and Devin. She was preceded in death by parents, George and Mary Weisenberg; brother, Edward Weisenberg; and son, Gary Tasakos. This summer her family will gather to scatter her ashes in the mountains of Colorado.
