I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death is never easy. However I would like to share something with you that I believe will give you comfort. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 it reads " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life". This can really comfort you to know that you can see your loved one again. My condelenes go out to you and tour family.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I recently loss both of my parents. I found great comfort from a scripture in the Bible @ John 11:11-14 where death is likened to being asleep. Also, John 5:28,29 says that all those in the memorial tombs will hear Jesus' voice and come out. What an awesome promise! You can find more info on jw.org (Search: Comfort).

Pat was my friend, my confidante, my companion, my partner for the last four years. She protested when I said she was flawless, but she was everything I wanted. And she was precious. She loved RMI, her Sangha, where she taught meditation and gave Dharma talks. She loved her special needs yoga class and her students. She loved writing, and she loved reading. She loved traveling, and she loved her home. But mostly she loved life, one that was taken too soon from her. We shared many great adventures. The mountains of Colorado, the jungles of southeast Asia, and the Andes of Ecuador. I will miss her.
