Obituary of Elsie Lorraine Tate Odell

In her 94 years, Elsie was privileged to live in nine states (although Hawaii was still a territory at the time), and New Delhi, India, as a proud military wife. She loved traveling throughout the states and to more distant places including Greece, Rome, France, England, Norway and Germany. The many people she met throughout her travels around the world were always greeted with her great smile. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Jack Tate and John Odell, and daughter Jerrye Gilmore. Survivors include daughter Janet (Mark) Ousley, stepdaughter Barbie (Tim) Yeomans, niece Karen (Neal) Weil, grandchildren Ben (Hilary) Willman and Tory Willman, as well as son-in-law Steve Gilmore, daughter-in-law Anne Odell, step-grandson Robert (Laura) Odell and step-granddaughters Sarah (Dave) Kane, Dierdre (Zeev) Milin, and Reagan (Chris) Schonbachler, and seven great grandchildren.
