Obituary of Glenna Laverne Vasquez

Glenna Vasquez, age 78, of Colorado Springs, a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother died on Sunday, November 29, 2015. She was born on December 28, 1936, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Vern and Gladys (Rogers) Bottom.She married Lyman Lee Millhollin in 1955, and later married Elmer Vasquez on January 27, 1973. They were married for 42 years. She was employed in a variety of different capacities over the years, and was a member of the Lion's Club.She enjoyed painting, games, a good joke, Indian artwork, water sports, and spending time with family and friends.She is survived by daughter and husband Lori and Charles Beard of Monument, Colorado; daughter and husband Kelly and Glen Pugh of Escondido, California; son and wife Jon and Tina Millhollin of Lakewood, Colorado; son and wife Darrell and Lora Vasquez of Menifee, California; son and wife James Craig and Andrea Vasquez of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; daughter and husband Kristy and Jeff Wilson of Scottsdale Arizona, a brother Robert Bottom of Hebron, Nebraska, nineteen grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.Her husband, Elmer, preceded her in death.
