Cameron Hunter Murphy, age 17, passed away on January 4, 2016 at his home in Colorado Springs. He was a Junior at Liberty High School, a defensive lineman on the Liberty High School Football Team, a loving son, brother, grandson and friend.Cameron was born on September 18, 1998 in Colorado Springs to Douglas K. (and Laurie D. Wood) Murphy. He attended Timberview Middle School and then went to Liberty High School. He loved the outdoors of Colorado, camping, fishing, spending time with his family, and had a passion for football.He is survived by his parents: Doug and Laurie Murphy; his brothers: Jake and Cody; his paternal grandparents: William and Diane Murphy; and his maternal grandparents: Raleigh and Diana Wood.Visitation, 6:00PM-8:00PM, Friday, January 8, 2016 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E.
