On February 27, 2016, at the age of 94, William passed away peacefully in his Black Forest home, surrounded in love by his wife of 70 years, Annette, his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. His dedication and love to his wife Annette was a lasting inspiration to everyone who knew him. William was born January 23, 1922 and was raised on a farm on Long Island, New York.
