Joe Bobbie Norman departed this earth on March 17th, 2016 following a brief illness. He leaves behind to mourn his ex-wife, Ruth Norman; daughters, Zina (David Robinson) Hannah, Synita (Michael) Floyd, and Niesha Norman; four loving grandchildren, Mychal Sean Floyd, Chelsi Alysabeth Floyd, Michael Adrian Floyd, and Shalala Iman Norman. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
