Obituary of Paul Anthony Galvan, U.S. Army, Ret. III
Paul A. Galvan III, died unexpectedly on March 28, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was a student at IntelliTec College and had retired from the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman. He was a collage student, husband, father, stepfather, son, uncle and grandson.Paul Anthony Galvan III was born on November 1, 1985 in Austin, Texas to Paul and Teresita (Resas) Galvan, Jr. He was a 2004 graduate of Reagan High School in Austin, Texas and then, in 2006, went to serve his country in the United States Army.He was stationed for Basic/AIT at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; was assigned to Fort Carson with the Military Police and was deployed to Iraq with the 110th MP Company for 15 months. He was later stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia with the 209th MO Detachment where he medically retired. He then returned to what he called home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He had attained the rank of Specialist E4 . He was studying personal fitness and held an Associates Degree in Automotive Studies. He was a Kansas City Chiefs Football Fan.Paul is survived by his wife, Brittnay of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his daughters, Danika Anderson of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Faye Galvan of Austin, Texas, and Scarlet Galvan of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his son, Embry Galvan of Colorado Springs, Colorado.He is also survived by his mother, Teresita Galvan Resas; father, Paul Galvan, Jr.; brother, Graig A. Galvan; and grandmother, Consuell M. Resas, all of Austin, Texas.
