Obituary of Frank Albert Gianzero

Frank was truly a man beloved by all who knew him. He would always help anyone he could when he could. He was always laughing and joking around. One would be hardpressed to find someone who knew him that wasn't personally touched by the times they shared. His laugh and charisma made everyone smile.He was a Santa impersonator, fisherman and natural born mechanic who loved Hot Rods. Above all he was a passionate family man. He loved his wife Janice for 39 years, loved and cherished his daughter Jenni and cared deeply for his parents, Al and Josephine Gianzero. He loved and treated his son-in-law Jeremy as if he was his own blood. He never could get enough of his grandkids Jonathan, Jordan and Jaxen and loved them immensely. After serving in the Army, he worked for the City of Colorado Springs for 30 years. He then worked for U-Haul for another 8 years. He always kept himself busy. He was a very active member in the Colorado Springs Rod & Custom car club and went to shows in his beloved trucks every chance he got. If he wasn't at a car show, he was at the lake fishing. He spent a considerable amount of time volunteering as a Santa for friends at Christmas parties and volunteering for the Bob Thomassay Charity.He is survived by his wife, Janice; daughter, Jennifer; son-in-law, Jeremy; grandsons, Jonathan, Jordan and Jaxen; his parents Al and Josephine; and many other cousins and relatives.
