Woodrow was born September 23, 1944 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and died at his home June 26, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.He was an Antique Dealer and served in U.S. Army, Hw is survived by his wife, Gloria Libor; three sons, Steven R. Libor, Darwin C. Libor, and Michael A. Libor; and a seven grandchildren.
