Susan Kay Tackett, 57, died on August 7, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.She was born on March 21, 1959 in Connersville, Indiana to Keith Robert Hornung and Pauline Hazlett.Susan worked in customer service and was a longtime Colorado Springs resident.She is preceded in death by her father, Keith Hornung.
