Obituary of Marvalynn Riggs

Marvalynn Riggs was born July 23, 1944 in Paris, Texas the daughter of William Doyle and Hazel Nutt. She died September 9, 2016 at her home in Peyton, Colorado at the age of 72. She married Dennis Riggs on March 23, 1968 and they moved to Colorado Springs in 1969. A member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church for 47 years, she also worked for Pikes Peak Credit Union and later the District Attorney until retiring. Marvalynn had the best laugh. She loved quilting and was the best of friends. More than anything she loved her grandchildren. She leaves to remember her: her husband Dennis, her daughters: Sherri (Scott) Ladzinski, Cimberly (Charles) White; her grandchildren: Laurel and Ian Ladzinski and Caiden, Caileigh and Amanda White.
