Obituary of Fernando Hilfredo Vigil

Fernando Hilfredo Vigil was born on November 10, 1940 in Costilla, New Mexico to Jose Eustacio and Maria Elena Vigil. He departed this life to be with Jesus on November 30, 2016 in his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Fernando was the VIP Waiter at the Staff Tower at Mitchell Hall of the United States Air Force Academy for thirty-one years. Fernando also loved fishing and bowling, and he was a dedicated fan of the Denver Broncos.Fernando is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Mary Ann Vigil; daughter, Rita (Alexander) Rios; and sons, Juanito Vigil and Antonio (Nancy) Vigil. He leaves brother, Reverend Demetrio Bernabe (Eva) Vigil; and sisters, Ida (Teofilo) Serna, Dora (Meliton) Lopez, and Bernadette (Jerome) Pieczynski.
