Obituary of Carolyn May Moreau

Carolyn May Moreau passed away December 8, 2016 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at Pikes Peak Hospice. She was born, December 27, 1938 to Earl and Margaret Klein in Chicago, Illinois.Carolyn (known as Carole) married Bob Moreau and together they shared a love for Native American collectibles, Indian culture groups, pow-wows and rendezvous. Carole was a bookkeeper for most of her life. She was a member of Sunrise United Methodist Church and was an active member of the Lydia Circle of Sunrise United Methodist Women. She was an avid quilter. She also could tell interesting stories for hours and hours.Carole is survived by nephews Scott Rennicks and Thomas Rennicks, and great-nephew Nicholas Rennicks.Memorial Service, 10:00AM, Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Sunrise United Methodist Church, 2655 Briargate Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80920.Memorial contributions can be made in Carole's name to Sunrise United Methodist Church, or National Museum of American Indians.
