Obituary of Mary Brandle Encinias Fortman

Mary B. Encinias Fortman was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico on July 11, 1950, daughter of Liberato Montoya and Eutimia Baca. After a courageous battle with cancer, she entered the gates of Heaven on January 3, 2017 at the age of 66. A beloved wife and mother, Mary was a world traveler who loved the Colorado outdoors and found joy and humor in every waking moment. She is survived by her husband, Mark Fortman; her five daughters, Ali (John) Langfels, MaryHelen (Olivier) Durif, Nicole (Daniel) Guaydacan, Gabriela (James) Encinias, and Kathleen (Anthony) Encinias; her three stepchildren, Ryan Fortman, Kristy Fortman and Casey (Dan) Fortman; and her seven grandchildren, Lily Encinias Durif, Ryan Langfels. Evion Nigh, Devyn Miranda, Natalie Durif, Ian Miranda, and Oy.
