Obituary of Barbara Ann Adair

Barbara Adair was born in Denver, Colorado on September 19, 1932, daughter of Robert and Amy (Jordan) Campbell. She died on January 9, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Barbara was a resident of Colorado Springs all her life. Her parents and grandparents were residents of Colorado Springs before her. Barbara went to Colorado Springs High School, now Palmer High School. She retired from civil service as a manager of medical records.Barbara and Irvin were married September 21, 1951, and have been married for sixty-five years. They have three children, Cathy, David, and Judy; six grandchildren, Jacob, Peter, Molly, William, Bryan, and Breanne; and one great-grandchild, Sophie.In addition to her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild, Barbara is survived by her sister, Jean Steinmuller; her brother, Robert Campbell and his wife, Barbara; and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.She was preceded in death by her parents.Barbara was an active member of the Red Hats, Elks, and Eagles.
