Laura Tober was born on November 27, 1972 in Fort Ord, California to William and Santa Carroll. She died on January 19, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Laura was US Army Reserve and a customer care representative for a financial corporation, and she was a longtime Colorado Springs resident. Laura is survived by two sons, Terrell Tober, and Kaison Tober; her father, William Carroll; her mother, Santa Carroll; a brother, William Carroll; and a sister, Clarice Pink.
