Obituary of Joseph Mark Boyer
Joseph Boyer lived a life full of love, happiness, and service to his Lord, family, and country. Everyone who ever met Joe saw what a big heart he had. Whenever Joe met anyone, he always treated them as though they were old friends. Joe loved to tell jokes to cheer people up when they were down. He loved singing in the choir, listening to music while he worked on the house or in the garage, grilling during the summer, fishing, and traveling, but the thing he loved the most was showing his family every day, in so many ways, how much he loved them. Joseph had a love unmatched for his wife of thirty-five years. He tirelessly cared for his mother-in-law and would sacrifice anything for his only daughter. Joe radiated happiness and kindness to anyone he came in contact with. He had a special gift with children because he always kept a youthful spirit who loved to be the life of the party. Joseph passed peacefully into the arms of angels where he will join the choirs of heaven eternally. Although he will be dearly missed by those he left behind, we can all find comfort in knowing that we will meet with him again someday. Joseph is survived by his wife, Cece; his daughter, Chryssi; his mother-in-law, Sunyea Han; and his dog, Cody.Memorial Mass, 11:00AM, Friday, February 3, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1830 South Corona Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80905.
